Heredia's biggest problem is fastball velocity

The Yankees signed right-handed pitcher Jairo Heredia out of the Dominican Republic as part of their 'July 2nd' signing group back in 2006. Despite having some of the best secondary pitches in the organization, he has stumbled at the high-A level and he has seen his stock fall somewhat as a result even though the ceiling is still considerably high.
