James Transitioning

Justin James was drafted in the 13th round of the 2011 draft. After signing quickly, he's among the first few Yankee picks taken to have already begun their professional careers. He debuted on July 5th for the Gulf Coast League Yankees and he stands as a rather large addition to the team and the organization.

Listed at 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds, it's not hard to imagine James playing another sport. He could match up to the height of an NBA shooting guard and he has the size to play linebacker. Yet here he is, in the Yankees system, playing a non-contact sport.
