TAMPA, FL - Jose Rosario's batting averages for the past two years look pretty shabby next to his .327 mark this season in the Gulf Coast League. So do his power numbers and stolen bases. The 19-year-old infielder has been a model of development and growth and he isn't shy when it comes to talking about it.
