Scouting Yankees Prospect #27: Anderson Feliz

The Yankees signed then shortstop Anderson Feliz out of the Dominican Republic for a reported $750,000 as part of their 'July 2nd' signing group in 2008. Now a second baseman, while his 2011 numbers with the Charleston RiverDogs were not great overall in his first taste of the long-season leagues, he still offers a ton of upside worth watching as he continues to develop.
