TAMPA, FL - After being named Florida State League player of the week recently, Kyle Roller has found validation and pride in the hard work he has put into improving his all-around game this season. The 24-year-old first baseman not only leads the Tampa team in home runs, he has nearly the same amount as the next three hitters combined!

He's hitting .268 with 18 home runs and 78 RBI, leading the Tampa Yankees in both latter categories. This season's results started out last winter when Roller prepared his body for the upcoming season.
