Banuelos Anxious To Regain Form

Banuelos has hit a rough patch this season

TRENTON, NJ - One day after a rough outing against the Portland Sea Dogs on July 1, you could hear the disappointment in the voice of Trenton Thunder pitcher Manny Banuelos when asked about his performance. The lefty from Mexico had failed to get out of the first inning, giving up four runs on two hits and two walks.

“I have a lot of issues right now,” Banuelos said. “When I started in Tampa, everything felt pretty good and I felt I did great. They moved me to Trenton and I started to gain a lot of issues in my arm and hand, like blisters.
