1. Phil Hughes - It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out Hughes was the top prospect in the organization following the 2005 season. Going 10-3 with a 2.25 ERA with 138 strikeouts in 116 innings as one of the youngest pitchers at the double-A level after going 2-3 with a 1.80 in the Florida State League, he flat out dominated.
