Dominican Instructs - Montero Adjusting

Jesus Montero continues to make adjustments

With no games scheduled in the Dominican on Friday, the Yankees played another five-inning split-squad game at the complex, the Yankees versus the Bombers. While he didn't factor in the Bombers' 4-1 victory over the Yankees, Jesus Montero continues to show he can make adjustments.

(Note - Livio Oleaga is our new Dominican correspondent for Noel Castillo faced nine batters in two scoreless innings on Friday. He allowed just one hit and struck out threee batters. He threw 35 pitches, 19 of them for strikes. His fastball was very effective in the game because he was in very good zone control. His curveball has a good bite with nice zone control...
