Scouting Yankees Prospect #28: Ferdin Tejeda

The Yankees signed shortstop Ferdin Tejeda out of the Dominican Republic back in 2000. Unable to show any plus tools offensively, despite playing superb defense and displaying a plus arm, the Yankees moved him to the mound in May of 2005. He has some of the best raw stuff in the organization and many believe he could fly through the farm system. Here's a scouting report on Ferdin Tejeda.
