Scouting Prospect #25: Francisco Castillo

Francisco Castillo, signed in the summer of 2004, impressed Yankees officials enough to bypass the Dominican Summer League and start his career in the United States a year ago. He was also one of the youngest pitchers in the NY-Penn League last season and more than held his own against much older competition. Here's a scouting report on Francisco Castillo.
