Beam is better than his performance in New York

The Yankees selected T.J. Beam in the 10th round of the 2003 draft out of the University of Mississippi. A starter earlier in his career, Beam was moved to the bullpen in 2005. Since that time, there arguably hasn't been a more dominant reliever in minor league baseball and now he's preparing to be a mainstay in the Yankees bullpen. Here's a scouting report on T.J. Beam.
