Holiday Easing Into The Pros

Outfielder/first baseman Taylor Holiday has had a summer to remember already and it's only the beginning of July. Helping lead UC-Irvine to an unprecedented third place finish in the College World Series, Holiday had little time to celebrate his achievements before joining his new team in Staten Island.

"I had to go home and pack myself up and leave two days later," said the California native. "I've been doing alright. We get to sleep-in in the mornings so it's not too bad of a schedule.
