Scouting Yankees Prospect #49: Manny Barreda

The New York Yankees selected RHP Manny Barreda in the 12th round of the 2007 MLB Draft out of Sahuarita High School in Arizona. Despite his smaller size, he wound up having one of the true power arms in the draft class and became one of the top pitchers for the Gulf Coast League Yankees this past season, going a perfect 5-0 with a 3.00 ERA and more strikeouts than innings pitched.
