The New York Yankees drafted Jeff Marquez in the supplemental first round of the 2004 MLB Draft out of Sacramento City College. Having his best year yet in his career, going 15-9 with a 3.65 ERA and tying for second with Andy Pettitte for most wins in the organization last season, he was added to the 40-man roster this offseason and he is now knocking on the door to the big leagues. | |
