TAMPA, FL - It may be difficult for most to improve on the kind of debut season Damon Sublett had with the Staten Island Yankees last season. The self-professed perfectionist, however, spent the offseason getting in better shape and surprisingly changing his swing in preparation for tackling the higher minor league levels.
