TAMPA, FL - Yankees 2007 fifth round pick Adam Olbrychowski has the talent to be one of the better pitching prospects in the organization but has lacked overall consistency thus far to begin tapping his true potential. That was his goal over the offseason and it remains his top priority during his first Spring Training this year.
