Austin Jackson believes he still has much to prove

Austin Jackson made headlines this offseason, catching the eye of Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson this Spring Training. Jackson has been on the Yankees radar for sometime, however, spending the first half of the last season in Charleston before his promotion to Double-A. He starts the 2008 season the same place he ended it, in Trenton.

Despite his success thus far, Austin Jackson, who batted .345, hit 10 home runs and drove in 34 runs in 64 games for Tampa last season, is a long way from donning pinstripes in New York.
