It's incredibly difficult for any player to have a better Spring Training performance than Carlos Urena had as a 17-year old last season. Clubbing home runs with regularity in his first taste of pro ball, his confidence became a little too much and he quickly got a dose of reality in the Dominican Summer League last year. Now he's looking to refine his pure athleticism into baseball production.

Carlos Urena wound up hitting just a combined .237 between the two Yankees Dominican Summer League teams last season, although his eight home runs was nearly double that of any other player at the same level.
