Noesi's Secondary Pitching Coming Along

Charleston right-handed pitcher Hector Noesi has been one of the bigger surprises this season. Always boasting a strong arm in the past, he has used better secondary pitches to put together a possible breakout season so far and showing consistency with them going forward would put him squarely on the prospect map.

Hector Noesi has returned to Charleston for the 2009 season. A native of the Dominican Republic, the right-handed pitcher is enjoying new success in his second season as a Riverdog. He first played for Charleston in 2007 at the age of 19. Now 22, his game is benefiting from the lessons he has learned.
