Lassiter Working Hard For A Better Showing

Lassiter is just 1-20 in his last six games

It's a new season for Charleston Riverdogs third basemen Garrison Lassiter, but by no means is the South Atlantic League unfamiliar territory for him. Lassiter is in his second stint with the Riverdogs, and, despite his slow start thus far, feels he poised to make his 2010 campaign a more successful go around.

Lassiter's development was hindered during his first full season in Pinstripes last year due to being sidelined for nearly two months with a shoulder injury and having to learn a new position. "Knowing what to expect this year and knowing how to get my work done and not wear my self out, I think really will really help me this time around," Lassiter said.
