Romanski Focused On His Health

Romanski is still working on his cutter

Josh Romanski, a fourth round draft pick by the Milwaukee Brewers in 2008, was signed as a free agent by the Yankees on April 21st. The left-hander suffered an injury during the 2009 season that caused him to miss the entire year. Four starts of mixed results into his comeback bid, he says health is at the top of his priority list.

"I had a stress fracture in my elbow that was repaired in spring training and that caused me to miss the whole year for rehab," Josh Romanski explained. "Yeah, I mean my arm feels good. The pain is gone, which was the main thing. I'm still working on getting back into 100 percent game-shape, but I feel like I'm on my way."
