The Yankees drafted right-handed pitcher Ryan Pope in the third-round of the 2007 MLB Draft out of Savannah College of Art & Design. He had a rocky go of it as a starting pitcher earlier in his career but he seems to have found a home in the bullpen these days, so much so that he was put on the 40-man roster this offseason.
