The Yankees drafted left-handed pitcher Jeremy Bleich in the supplemental first round of the 2008 MLB Draft out of Stanford University. He missed most of the 2010 season and all of the 2011 season after having torn labrum surgery on his throwing shoulder, but finally made a comeback in late 2012 and had his first full healthy season in four years in 2013.
