Hoover Is Back In Tampa Rehabbing		By Patrick Teale Date: Apr 3, 2006 When we last spoke with Jesse Hoover, who missed the entire 2005 season with a back injury, the early word was back surgery was needed to fix the problem that has plagued him for the last calendar year. After visiting the top back specialist in California last week, it turns out the back surgery remedy wasn't exactly the prescribed route.
