Struggling with command earlier in the season, issuing nearly as many walks in his first 18 appearances in Double-A this season as he did all of last year, Kevin Whelan was sent back down to Tampa to work out his issues in the rotation. Now back in the Trenton bullpen, Whelan says he is back on track.
