The Yankees signed 18-year old Jose Mojica for $300,000 out of the Dominican Republic as part of their 'July 2nd' signing group this past year. Considered the top overall International signing at one point, identity issues discovered by the Yankees allowed them to get quite a steal. Here's a scouting report on Jose Mojica.
