Josh Schmidt had one of the more legendary seasons with the Staten Island Yankees back in 2005 - posting a ridiculous 0.27 ERA - before mildly struggling in Tampa the following season. With talk of possibly lowering his arm slot heading into last season, he decided that the first step towards re-establishing his dominance was cleaning up his mechanics and that allowed him to bounce-back in 2007.
