Zach McAllister had his 2007 season end in the worst possible way as his secondary pitches abandoned him en route to a 1-3 record and a 10.80 ERA over his last five starts in Staten Island. However, going 6-3 with a 2.45 ERA with Charleston this season before earning a promotion to Tampa, where he has more than held his own in the early going, he has certainly turned things around.
