The 2006 amateur draft was a good one for the Yankees. Already three pitchers from that draft have made it to the majors, Joba Chamberlain, Ian Kennedy, and David Robertson. That same draft also netted them highly thought of pitching prospects such as Dellin Betances, Mark Melancon, and Daniel McCutchen.
