When Dellin Betances went on the Disabled List on May 27th, it left the Charleston Riverdogs with a huge hole in their rotation. The highly touted prospect fell victim to the dreaded upper body injury and was out for about a month before making three rehab starts with the Gulf Coast Yankees. Those appearances were a far cry from Betances’ and the Yankees’ expectations.
