When David Robertson finally received a much anticipated promotion, Yankee fans were buzzing about how his phenomenal strikeout rate would translate into the majors. For the most part, Robertson was a solid reliever, but he did experience the occasional meltdown or hiccup. Either way, he got some much-needed experience and he could end up being a valuable reliever for the Yankees next season.
