After an injury prone season in 2008, right-hander Kevin Whelan is bouncing back nicely to provide Double-A Trenton with a power arm in their bullpen. With the first half of the season now in the books, Whelan looks to continue his strong performance as the 2009 season rolls on, including his 4-0 record, an ERA of 2.73, and 59 strikeouts in 52 2/3 innings.
