| Biography: |
| Brett Wallace is a big, strong kid known more for his prowess at the plate than his play in the field. He has adequate range and fair hands at the hot corner but does have an above average arm. While his range might not be the best in the field, he more than makes up for it at the plate. Wallace hit .555 as a junior for Justin-Siena High School, clubbing 9 home runs and posting an incredible .696 on-base percentage while leading his school to an 18-2 mark last year. He was named the starting third baseman for the West Team at the AFLAC All-American Classic in August and impressed scouts with his surprising speed, stealing three bases in the West's 4-2 win over the East squad. |
