Hector Noesi is big league ready right now

The New York Yankees signed right-handed pitcher Hector Noesi out of the Dominican Republic back in 2005. Injuries had derailed his earlier progress, culminating in Tommy John surgery back in 2007. He broke out in a big way in 2009, however, earning a spot on the coveted 40-man roster and then followed that up with another great season last year.
