Banuelos Sorting It Out

With rumors of a move to Triple-A shaking things up, Manny Banuelos fights to keep his head focused on Double-A. In his last start against the Binghamton Mets, he gave up five runs in only three innings before exiting the game early in the third. However, in spite of the recent struggles, manager Tony Franklin comments that although the start wasn't good, some positives still came out of it.

"Even in the ‘train wreck' there were some great things that came out of it for me," Franklin said. "I saw some great pitches and the ability to collect himself, and get back on the mound and throw strikes." Banuelos has the ability to throw an excellent curveball, changeup and fastball.
