Austin Focused On Defense

Tyler Austin hit a combined .354 and posted a .997 OPS between the Gulf Coast League and Staten Island this past season while splitting time between first base and third base. While he knows he still has work to do with the bat to have the same success at the higher minor league levels, he is focused solely on improving his defensive game at Instructs and in the offseason.
