Camarena is excited for Dominican Instructs

This year's Instructional League in Florida was a baptism of sorts for many of the newest Yankee prospects to showcase their stuff for the first time, including 20th round pick Daniel Camarena. The southpaw was certainly one of the more impressive players down there too and now he says he wants to continue that during Dominican Instructs before going to his first Spring Training next year.

He signed right at the August 15th deadline and was thus unable to make his official professional debut this past season, but he certainly made a quick impression at Instructs, highlighted by his six-strikeout, four shutout inning performance in his last game.
