Rookie has picked up a few things already

Rookie Davis, this year's 14th round pick, has yet to make his official minor league debut but he says he has already picked up the biggest difference between amateur and professional baseball, and he thinks he's making some quick strides in that regard.

"I thought it went well," the 6-foot-3, 235 pound hurler said. "It was a great learning experience being able to play with guys that just signed and guys that are working their way through the organization, and being able to soak up their experiences and the coaching staff's, the things that they go over with us.
