We sat down with Staten Island Yankees Manager Tommy Slater for a Q&A session to get his thoughts on what his early impressions were of Cito Culver, Mason Williams, and Angelo Gumbs, if he saw progess defensively from Tyler Austin, how good does he think Ravel Santana could be, who he thinks could be next year's version of Flores, and much, much more. Let's start off right at the top -- what did you see from Mason Williams this year? Tommy Slater: He was tremendous. Obviously he's a great centerfielder, he can really run, he can really hit, and I think the power is just going to continue to develop. I think his power will just continue to get better.
