Nunez Slowly Getting There

Reymond Nunez has always had the tools, but consistency has been his biggest struggle. Now the RiverDog coaches say he is getting better and expect good things for Nunez in the second half of the season.

"He's made a lot of progress," hitting coach Greg Colbrunn said. "We knew that coming in, it just wasn't showing up in games. He's been a lot more consistent over the past month — he had a great month in June — and hopefully he can build on that and have a great July and August."
