Flores Nearly Ready For Next Level

Tampa, FL - Tampa Yankees left fielder Ramon Flores has used his early season struggles as motivation this season. After an April to forget, Flores has been on a tear at the plate and between his mentality of being aggressive at the plate and more selective with his pitches, he has raised his season average to .299 and is currently leading the Florida State League with 108 hits.

"I am being a little more aggressive at the plate and more selective with my pitches and looking for that one good pitch to hit," Flores said.
