Refsnyder is hitting .299 in his last 21 games

TRENTON, NJ - Rob Refsnyder came into the season with some pretty heavy expectations from critics after he led the farm system in hitting a year ago. They say Double-A is the hardest adjustment to make, however, and after a rather pedestrian start he has begun settling in both offensively and defensively for the Trenton Thunder.

After being drafted in 2012, he spent his first two seasons playing single-A baseball, most recently for the Tampa Yankees in the Florida State League, and he began transitioning to second base last year.
