The six-foot tall pitcher has a unique combination of power and craftiness, as he’s able to get his fastball into the 90s with a curveball he can throw at will. His height may cause him to get lost in a crowd but his talents sure stand out.

Originally drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 2011 MLB Draft, Kamplain rather chose to attend the University of Alabama where he pitched for three years as both a starter and a reliever.
