Cervelli has great presence behind the plate

The beginning of the year couldn't have started any better for Tampa Yankees' catcher Francisco Cervelli. He came out of the gates with a strong offensive performance, batting .308 in 18 games in April before following that up with a .333 month of May, establishing himself as one of the premier players in the Florida State League.

But the going has been a little rough for Francisco Cervelli latley. Since those sizzling two months, he fell to .212 in June and he is hitting just .233 in July. The sudden decline in performance can be tied to a number of different of things. The "rookie wall" is one possibility.
