Scouting Yankees Prospect #35: Hector Noesi

The New York Yankees signed right-handed pitcher Hector Noesi out of the Dominican Republic back in 2005. He had always shown a big league arm and great command, but injuries short-changed his development and it wasn't until his 2009 breakout season where his secondary pitches took a big step forward.
