The "Sleepers" RHP, Sean Black: Black has the basic foundation in place to be a pretty good starter long-term: command, a good sinking fastball, and a quality changeup. His curveball wasn't a reliable pitch in Staten Island but he displayed a harder one with better break during Instructs.
